Our primary need is to connect - with ourselves, others, and the world around us. Through my sessions, I emphasize the power of forging these connections, starting from within. At the core of my practice lies the breath. Connection is the essence of the human experience, and it begins with fostering a deep relation to oneself by being aware of our breath. Disconnection is a survival mechanism. If you’re coping with the difficulties in life, you’re escaping the reality and it’s not your fault. You can reconnect with the parts of you that you lost touch with.

The life you’re seeking is already here waiting for you to move from knowing what you want into creating it. Your body needs stillness to access its intelligence and I’m here to guide you how. Communication

FIND YOUR UNIQUE EXPRESSION: BE HEARD FULLY

Breath helps you access your inner voice louder but that is not enough. You have to be able to express it in your unique way—with words, sound, art, etc. Language is important. Verbal and non-verbal communication is critical for connection. It’s how we express who we are, what we want, and what matters to us. Clear communication helps us to set boundaries, ask for what we need, and let others hear us effectively. Breath supports this process by calming the nervous system, opening the heart, and making space for expression. The Breathglow Method helps you to notice your feelings and trust your inner knowing which also allows you to communicate it freely without any shame or judgment.

COMING HOME TO YOURSELF: THE POWER OF KNOWING

The art of being fully engaged in the present moment, cultivating a deep awareness of ourselves and our surroundings. A state of consciousness and showing up with intention and authenticity. Allowing space for vulnerability and connection to flourish is possible! Breath is the gateway to presence.
